I started this blog in 2005 and to be honest I did not write a lot because I was just too lazy to spend my time in front of my laptop to write something. I used to call my blog “Petit Amour” since that is one of the nicknames that my husband gave to me.  Now, that I stay at home and have time, I would love to write about what’s in my head. I guess it can be anything.

Now, I call my blog ”Me Mama Maman”. Why? Because I am now a mother of one baby boy. My life as a mother is completely different than my life as a single woman, and also as a couple. Yet, eventhough my baby is my top priority (besides my husband), I still have me as myself. So, perhaps, this blog will be just about my interests of things, my jibber jabber, my rants (too!), just anything that is inside my head.

Mama Maman? (Maman, French for Mama, Mommy)
I am Indonesian who is married to a Frenchman and now live in a small town in France. We raise our kid bilingually. I talk to my baby in Indonesian and my husband talks to him in French, while my husband and I talk in French to each other, though I still need to learn a lot. To be honest, I think I am losing my English since I never use it here in France (doh!).

I guess this blog will be a place to practice my English and pourquoi pas le Français? Au secours! My husband protested to me if I wrote in Indonesian, so now I write in English (and still Indonesian sometimes). Please mind me, if my English and French are not so good!
